"I want to become an HR professional and build a psychology bureau"

My name is Khoerunnisa Fiqriyah and I am a 10th semester student at the Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University. I always have strong determination if I want something. I failed the first time I tried to enter Unpad. Therefore, I had to take a year off from college. I studied very hard for a year and the effort finally paid off. I was accepted into the Unpad Faculty of Psychology, one of the best and most competitive undergraduate programs in the country.

I am a person who really likes working who has an interest in music, project planning, and the Human Resources field. I am also good at managing time and people which allows me to achieve several achievements. I and the Angklung Muhibah Team won the Grand Prix in Sozopol, Bulgaria; then I became Head of the Human Resources Management Team at Prabu Unpad where I had to take care of the internal needs of 889 existing administrators; I was also invited to be a speaker at several campus activities, and became the General Secretary in charge of five bureaus at BEM Kema Fapsi Unpad 2021. Although my achievements were mostly in non-academic fields, I did well in academics and got a GPA of 3.46.

My goal in life is to help people find their passion and help them work to grow and develop. That's why I want to become an HR professional and build a psychology bureau that operates in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently I am working full time as HR People Development at PT Tugu Reinsurance Indonesia.

In this Angklung Centre project, he plays an important role as Project Officer for the Workshop program and Angklung Festival event.
